Throuhout the wasps season We will be removing wasps nests throughout Trafford and Manchester for a set rate of thirty-two pounds (44.50 in postcodes (CH, CW & L).

Waspgo.co.uk are available 7 days per week including Saturdays, Sundays and evenings and do not charge any more for evening and weekend work.

Wasps nests can normally be destroyed from the exterior of the building by blowing a small quantity of insecticide into the entrance hole using a special machine.

It is important to get a wasps’ nest destroyed before mid-september when the new queens which will build the following season’s nests start to emerge from the nest. Once this commences just destoying the nest will not kill these new queens as they are no longer going back to the nest. A single nest can release up to 2000 queens.

In the wasp season we give priority to wasps’ nest calls as we are aware that many people react badly to wasps stings and it is vital to destroy the nest as soon as it is discovered. We do our utmost to provide a rapid same day service but this is obviously governed by how much work we have on.

It is not usual to remove the wasp nest itself as it can’t be used again and, being built from purely of paper will crumble away by itself.
