Debt collection is a legal and necessary duty of a creditor or collector making sure that a person owing him money secures payment. These debtors are legally bound to pay their obligations to the creditors. It is very important that one pays back what he owes. If otherwise, the debtor could be punishable by law.
The debtor’s duty in debt collection is always to pay up on the agreed dates in the exact amount. Usually, credit companies put an interest rate on installment payments which may be somewhat pricey eventually, but that is the way they make money from the service that they have offered you.
Debt payment is a legitimate duty of a debtor to his creditor within the terms made upon agreement of each party. The creditor gives the standing policies of which the debtor accepts before giving the cash. And it is by law in which the debtor abides by this agreement.
What exactlyt are the probable grounds in which a creditor can come and visit a debtor? One would be to ask information about the debtor’s accounts. A debtor should be able to pay his debt before given the liberty to borrow the amount of money. Another could be to demand payment from the debtor. But bear in mind, the creditor has no right in any way to harass a debtor. He has no right to humiliate or insult any individual in public. Nor does he possess the right to threat the life of a debtor in whatever way. The creditor needs to remind the debtor of the consequences of his inability to pay within the said agreement and should make further settlements of repayment or extensions or alternative ways of payment should the debtor struggle to deliver his duties to his creditor. The creditor can demand an explanation why the debtor has not responded to any call or has not given any payment. He could investigate if the debtor has relocated to another location without informing ahead.
What the debtor should remember is that it is unlawful for the creditor to frighten or defame him. They have no right to intimidate him or demoralize him in any manner. Debt payment is an obligation not to be taken for granted. It’s after all a legal duty to do so. It’s simply like reaping what you have sown. If you owe people money, it is your utmost duty to pay them back within the agreed time frame.
