My first impression when starting my treatment, was that my doctor wanted to fill me up with all kind of chemicals. But you, as many other people who has had this problem, know that you can find relieve and with the use of only natural remedy eczema and avoid risking your health due to all the side effect those prescription medicines can cause.

The important thing when treating eczema on your scalp is to know that the skin in this part is different from other skins in your body, so you have to treat it accordingly. Let me give you the basics:

1. Soap-Free Shampoo to avoid irritation

Commercial Shampoos contain sulfates that irritate your skin, you have to avoid those. Check the labels for anything that is soap, lotions or parabens. You can find fruit-based shampoos or all natural shampoos are gentle on your scalp. Some good options are shampoos with aloe vera or coconut oil.

2. Oil Treatment for soothing

Natural oils are great for soothing the itch and swelling. You can apply olive oil to your scalp directly or avocado oil. Keep on the skin for over an hour and then remove with an all natural shampoo. Do this every couple of days for best results.

3. Cleanser to moisturize and heal

A natural Cleanser will help your skin start the healing process and avoid further irritation. You will need comfrey Root, White oak bark and Slippery elm bark.
