Contrary to popular belief, a headscarf is not only used by somebody who has something to cover. Like hair loss, for an example. Oriental ladies, on the other hand, cover themselves with these scarves due to religious reasons. They often put on long clothes together with long sleeves, and uses veils and scarves to hide their faces. During the Medieval period, betrothed women also cover their heads with scarves out of modesty. Today, nearly all women use this to catch up with fashion.

The male population, also in order to keep up along with the most recent trend, utilizes mens scarf in different approaches. There are numerous methods in which a man can fold his scarf, such as the Classic Flip. This kind of flip is called Classic since it generally the normal trend many guys do. The fabric is wrapped surrounding the neck, and then the other end is flung backwards. The Parisian knot, however, needs the scarf to be flattened lengthwise then is draped around the neck. Both the ends would then be covered and put on the loop. This adds a “European touch” for the wearer.

Both men and women may also simply casually drape the neck scarf above their shoulders. It’s called the conventional method. Most celebrities also use their scarves in this manner. Acquiring it another label, the “movie star look.” It has risen to it’s recognition because of its versatility and function. It can be used like a warming fabric and a fashion accessory. Notice that a casual outfit or a simple top can be emphasized with a patterned scarf.
