Communication lies at the heart of any business. You should be conversational (e.g. write using the kind of words you might use if you were having a conversation) but not as though you were having a conversation. The right new communications in business is only the need to know information. We were both very clear in our minds about which part this was and so never bothered to clear this up.
There is nothing more annoying than having to read a simple message with a lot of other words in the way. Communication is about the transfer of information, and it is important for all companies, and organizations to do communication audits to insure the right information is being passed on.

It’s time to start planning ahead for your business communication future. This simple thing is to never assume anyone knows anything. It is important for all companies, and organizations to do communication audits to insure the right Business and Administrative Communication is being passed on. Believe me if it is possible to misunderstand something then people will.
