Having a niche website in the hope of earning an income is huge today thanks to programs like Adsense and affiliate programs such as Amazon that allow you to make money through advertising on your website.

The secret to earning these commissions is to construct, or have one built for you, a website that is tightly focused and aiming at one particular group of people. Concentrating on a certain niche can be both rewarding and satisfying when the dollars start to come in.

So what niches are profitable? Well, any niche that helps to solve a problem that a consumer has is a perfect niche. Now this covers a wide array of subjects but once you get really tight in a niche you will see results.
