If you know someone that is a comic book collector, then it is easy to get him a gift right? Well yeah, a comic book or two would be a good gift, but it is not as easy as that. A comic book made by some of the superstars in the comic book industry would be well received, research which names are currently hot today. Comic books from legendary artists and writers will be very much welcomed as well. Joining forums and reading reviews can help you determine which is currently in demand for older generations.

Your friends preference in comic books would come in handy to know as well. If you think that he loves action and mystery then batman can be a good choice. In fact, big character names are a good and safe choice. Try to listen when he babbles on about his collection, you will get bits of information on his preferences on the comic books he reads.

Remember, you do not have to spend a fortune just to make your friend happy. Comic book collecting to some may be an investment, but first and foremost it is a fun and pleasurable form of entertainment.
